In February the 2nd Annual MADISON HAS HEArT Fanciful Flea brings a Unique Shopping experience  and Music Together to Help Families in Need

January 29, 2015

Marshall, North Carolina – MADISON HAS HEArT,, is a volunteer group in Madison County presenting their second annual Fanciful Flea. This collection of pop-up, curated boutiques and musical performances will benefit Neighbors In Need’s fuel/food assistance fund. The event is to be held at the Marshall High Studios on Feb 21, 2015 from 10 am until 5 pm. A Tentative snow date has bee set to February 28, 2015.

The mission of MADISON HAS HEArT is to raise funds to NEIGHBORS IN NEED, a local crisis intervention program that helps folks down on their luck and currently struggling with financial difficulties. Funds collected from the Fanciful Flea pick up where paychecks leave off and give working people that don’t make enough money to feed their family and stay warm a leg up.

What Can Attendees Expect?

An Opportunity to Buy Rare, Creative Goods

It’s an incredible, completely distinctive sale! Once again the Fanciful Flea will feature goods to rival any antique market in town. Think of it as a “Screen Door/Tobacco Barn” one-day event. Carefully curated to offer an upscale offering of arts, crafts, furniture, fashion, and more. This is not a card table swap meet. It’s FANCY!

The Chance to Hear some of the Best Local Music

Enjoy music all day long. It’s a party to raise the roof and some funds. The Carpenter Ants will kick off the day and welcome in the shoppers. The Ants will barrel through some good ole classic R&B, country-swamp and gospel soul tunes with equal conviction. Madison County’s own music aficionado, Steve Davidowski will join the Low Down Sires for some serious swing and DJ Jr. James and his Rhythm Grill to keep the beat going through out the day.

A Taste of Madison County’s most Delicious Fare

We are thrilled to have the return of our HONKY TONK CAFÉ featuring food and drink from Zuma, Sweet Monkey and Good Stuff. We got you covered breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.
